Teaching Channel Ideas

As a user, I can see the time on the video tile in the search results before I visit the video landing page so I know how long it is.

I'd love to be able to see how long a video is when I'm searching on the Videos page or the Topics page so I can find one that suits me before I click into the landing page and click the play button. This will save me time.
